What is a SKIN?

Could I see the real texture or image of the product?

Every product description has real skin images which can be used to have a look at the texture too. The pictures are real picture from StickON and protected by copyright.

Are the StickON skins removable?

Yes, the skins can be removed easily and there will be no residue on the phone after removal.

Are StickON skins waterproof and fadeproof?

Yes. StickON skins are made from premium 3m and other vinyl and is 100% water-proof as well as fadeproof.

Are the StickON skins compatible with wireless chargers?

Undoubtedly. Unlike other brands, our skins do not affect the wireless charging of your phone in anyway. It will charge normally as it should on a wireless charge

Do the StickON skins come pre-cut?

StickON skins precisely cut as per your device dimensions, ports and buttons.


Installation

How do I apply StickON Skins on my device?

You can check our how to apply StickON skins videos designed to help you with installation. We encourage you to watch these videos before application. If the video is not available for your particular phone model, please watch videos for any similar devices as the installation is the same for all devices.

What do I need to apply StickON skins on my device?

You will require a hair dryer, clean hands and patience.

Is it mandatory to use a hair dryer?

Yes, hair dryer is a must to make the skins adhere stick to the curve surfaces. This also helps in avoiding peeling.

Do I need to register an account?

An account is not required in making an order, however a registered account is useful to track the order status

I have done the payment, now what?

After payment is done sucessful, you have to relax and spend time with your family the skin will be dispachted in 24 working hours and will reach you by the fastest courier partners.



Shipping

When will be my order delivered?

Orders with confirmed payments before 11:00 a.m.. will be sent the same day.

We work 6 days a week and most of the orders are shipped within 24 working hours.

Why does my order haven't arrived yet?

If it took more than the estimated shipment duration, please contact us and please inform us your order number.

What are your shipping options?

For orders shipped within India, we ship through reputed shipping partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, DotZot, Professional Couriers and even India Speed Post in some cases. Packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address. It might take additional working days to deliver for certain remote locations.


For international orders it may take 15-20 days for registered post and 8-10 days for faster international shipping options.

Do you ship internationally and what are the shipping options?

Yes! We ship to almost all countries worldwide. To find out if we ship to your country, proceed to the check out page and use the dropdown menu 'Country' to see if your country is included.


For international orders, the following shipping methods are available


Small Air Parcel (Delivered within 20-25 Business Days). Sent through regular postal mail and delivered at your doorstep.

Customer Satisfaction

I received defected goods, what should I do?

If you received defected goods, please contact us accompanied by attaching the detail pictures of the defected goods you received maximum in 24 hours counted from the date when the goods arrived at your address.


We will replace it with the new one. (Not applicable for installation error)


I received different goods from what I ordered


If you received different goods from what you ordered, please contact us accompanied by attaching the detail pictures of the defected goods you received maximum in 24 hours counted from the date when the goods arrived at your address.


Product can be replaced if only the goods have no defect.

I failed to install the skin, what should I do?

You can gently take off the skin and try to install it again assisted by hairdryer/heat gun. Pay attention to the detail on the How to Apply.

For requesting skin sample from us for review, please inform us your channel through Review Unit Request.


REFUND AND RETURNS

How do I cancel my order?

In case you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@stickon.co.in along with your order details and cancellation request.

Can I cancel the order before delivery?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement only if it has not been shipped. Once orders are shipped, refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned package from your side. In cases where packages are refused at the time of delivery, there will be an additional charge of Rs.100 which will be deducted over and above any shipping charges. This is to cover the return shipping fees that our shipping partners charge us for each package.

How do I return the package and who pays for the return shipping?

You should safely pack the order and return it back to us using a shipping service with pre-paid shipping. Please mention your invoice and order number on the package so that we can identify your return and process the refund correctly. We would not accept any returns which are not sent with shipping charges pre-paid. In case of packages which are refused at the time of delivery, there will be an additional charge of Rs.100 which will be deducted over and above the shipping charges on your refunds. This is to cover the return shipping fees that our shipping partners charge us for each package.

How much time will it take for my refunds?

Once we receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, allow 6-7 business days for it to show up in your original payment source used.

What will be the mode of refunds?

Your refunds will be sent to the payment source used by you at the time of placing your order.

Is refund possible for Cash on Delivery Product?

It is definitely possible to get refund for COD when you return your shipment safely. Once we receive your returned package, our support team will connect with you.
