RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Stickon does not accept cancellation requests once orders have been placed. This is because of the fabrication procedure of skins,
which are personalized for every customer as per their choice of design and device model.
Shipping & Delivery:
The Product will be shipped & Delivered within 4 working days at most and a minimum timeframe of 2 days.
Refund will only be issued on the authority of the stickon if the officials agree that the product was damaged or delivered after 10 days from the date of order. If the product does not match the specifications of the product ordered.
Refund will be done through online mode in 5-6 working days.
You can return a product in the following scenarios:
The product is in damaged or defective condition.
Mismatched product delivered, in terms of design, descriptions, color or material.
Returns can be requested within 24 hours of the order received.
Shipping cost will be borne by customer if the product shipped is as per the order and still customer requests for the refund.

No refunds are applicable for returns. Stickon will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
